These are two of my many wonderful bestest friends with their adorable babies at this year's ward Halloween party. Meet LaRae Hopkins with newborn Holly Anne (her 6th!) and Amy Anderson with her newborn Nicholas (her 3rd!). We moved to Tri-cities, Washington 6 years ago and these 2 women I met in the ward have been my friends ever since. They've helped me through a lot of the ups and downs in life and shared in my joys and silly/fun times too. I'm surrounded by amazing and genuine friends here in WA and feel truly blessed to be so. Well, in our little neck of the woods we seem to be having a rainstorm of babies. This past year our ward has welcomed or will soon be welcoming 8 new babies!!! That's a LOT for around here (be quiet Utahn's!). Also my sister-in-law Kylee is due in January. That's 9 new babies! So it's raining babies in the Kennewick Park ward. I can't wait for Sarah's baby to come at the end of December (also one of my peeps!!) and Kylee's too at the first part of January. Holding a newborn baby is like holding a piece of Heaven right in your arms. What a blessing they are. What a special reminder that we are loved by our Heavenly Father and really do come straight from heaven. Congratulations LaRae and Amy!
