Elsie participated in her first Science Fair this year at her new school in March. The teacher assigned the class the topic of the solar system and let them choose how to interpret that and do whatever kind of project they wanted to. Els came up with the idea of making a diorama. She researched all of the planets doing a 2 page report. Than made her planets out of play dough and assembled them in order from closest to the sun on outward. She's so darn creative and smart. Matt and I are so proud of our little 3rd grade Smarty Pants!
The Fair was held on St. Patrick's Day, thus the amazing hat Elsie has on. :)
