This summer we vacationed as a Cowdell Family in Oceanside, CA. While there my amazing photographer brother Joe, took family pictures for us all. I love how they turned out! Only downfall, the sun was so bright all of us blue eyed babies were squinting like crazy. Oh well, it's a document of real life. Still, I love my beautiful family pics.

So that Ren wasn't just standing there, my brother told Ren to pretend he was checking the time. Thus, the above pic. Handsome man Lorenzo is. He's 15 now. Finished drivers ed and has his learners permit. Is a rockstar in marching band land and an all around sweet young man.
Elsie Jewel (13.5) was also reluctant to pose, but she did it anyway. Yippee! I love watching Elsie grow up into this beautiful young woman. She's looking more and more grown up every day. She's involved in all things sports. Taking on a love of football this year. We were all signed up in her Fantasy Football league this fall. She's attempting to make herself an expert in all things football constantly watching any game on. Apparently for me, after you live in WA for 10 years you're bound to like football and truly feel like a 12th man in Seahawks Land. Go Hawks!
