The Fall 2009 season of soccer!!!! It was a huge success for the kiddos. Miss Elsie, wow, pretty sure she learns her mad soccer moves from her mom... er ya, that's right, me. Poor Ren had to miss most of the season due to his broken wrist but for the games he played in, Kaboom! Goals for him! These two hoodlums LOVE the sport. This is their 2nd year with TCYSA. Before that they did YMCA. We spend every Saturday at the Trac in Pasco for their games during this fall season. Weather conditions were extreme, either windy and cold and rainy or hot and sunny. Oh ya, did I mention the WIND???? Gotta love Tri-cities! Practices were twice a week"per kid." Uniforms, pictures, shin guards, cleats, water bottles, snack schedule, all of it very hectic but so rewarding for them. It's fun to see them shine and love a sport so much. Their excitement and joy makes it worth it. Guess I'm definitely an official "Soccer Mom." Just need the mini-van to complete the deal right? Go Els! Go Ren! Til we meet again next spring, adieu.

My sister Cassity is Alta High's keeper-- awesome position to play in! They have taken state the last 4 years. If Elsie loves it, good for her!
Can this little one look any more like her mom? Seriously, it makes my heart smile.
What an awesome sport! And Nec, forgive me if I sound silly, but isn't Keeper a position in Quidditch, not soccer? :)
