Presenting: The Annual Sunnyside Light Parade

We have two little stars on our hands, folks. Lorenzo Jacob Harris and his sister Elsie Jewel Harris were the stars of the Sunnyside Electrical Parade this year. You couldn't miss them in their adorable Elf hats and fancy smiles as they waved to the crowd of admirers.Their Grandma Cherie secured them a spot on the glowing school bus this year. And being first timers to the parade they were sure to do it right by getting their heads out the windows and arms waving brilliantly.
Who knew a small farming town could bring such happiness and Christmas time. Farmers, parade goers and parade watchers from all over the Yakima Valley joined in the fun. Men, women and children lined the streets to applaud this grand gesture of "Christmas-ness."

Trains, lights, trees, farm equipment, dancers, singers, children and royalty participated in the gala despite FREEZING temperatures and a cold chilling wind.

And the winner of the two most awesomest parade audience members are both Matthew Levi Morrow and Alicia Jewel Morrow. Who just happen to be Lorenzo and Elsie's Mom and Daddy Matt!

Check out that excitement! What a true fan!!!

Not to be outdone by her honey, Alicia grins with glee. Take note of one of the floats behind her. Amazing, did we mention how amazing this parade turned out? What a year! Congratulations Morrow/ Harris family. You made the parade spectacular.
