Elsie Jewel turned 10 years old December 28, 2011.
She's a decade old now. Double digits. My baby is not such a little baby anymore....sigh. Look at that smirk! Little Miss Attitude. Oh, Elsie. You're such a fun girl. :)
We celebrated with ice skating, out to dinner, present time, and a delicious ice-cream cake.
At 10 years old Elsie is: spunky, sassy, brilliant, artistic, caring of her family, fabulous babysitter to her cousins, willing to help around the house, loves school and learning and reading, is a sports fanatic and stronger than most other kids her age, hangs out with Ren and the neighborhood boys every day, is most comfortable in a t-shirt and shorts with her hair in a pony, is a great cook and baker, tries hard to be a good little girl, daughter, sister and friend. She's our entertainer too. :)
